Afro has found peace and no longer fights, but one stormy night Kuma and Sio find Afro and take the Number One headband from him. There's been some controversy as to how Sio took the band from Afro because she did not challenge him and she did not have to number two. Sio then tells Afro her plans to resurrect his dead father so she can torture him. Upon hearing this, Afro decides to find and reclaim the Number Two headband once more, as only the Number Two can defeat the Number One. Afro Samurai: Resurrection
